2020 Ultimate Ballot Challenge

The 2020 challenge is now closed. We will notify any winners as soon as the votes are counted.

Now it's your turn.

Who will win each of the 56 separate races in the Electoral College when all the votes are counted? The 2020 Ultimate Ballot Challenge allows you to predict the outcome.

How difficult is this challenge? Since starting in 2000, only one person has correctly predicted all 56 races and that was in 2004. In 2016, there were over 65,000 valid entries and no one correctly predicted all 56 races in the Electoral College.

Here are the rules:

1. The 2020 Ultimate Ballot Challenge is not the place to express your preference for president. Instead, it is a place to display your skills at predicting the outcome of the Electoral College. Entries that flood the site with Biden or Trump winning all the states, for example, will not be considered.

2. You can enter your predictions up to 4:00 p.m. EST on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, 2020.

3. Accuracy in the 56 races is paramount. If there is a tie, the 4 tie breakers at the bottom of the ballot will determine the winner. If there is still a tie after the 4 tie breakers, the earliest time of entry will determine the winner.

4. We ask for your e-mail address only as a means of contacting the winner. Your e-mail address will not be disclosed to anyone and all e-mail addresses will be deleted when the winner is contacted. No valid e-mail address, no valid entry.

5. You may enter as many times as you would like, but your final entry before the deadline will be the only entry that is counted in the challenge.
