Smoking Ban in New Hampshire
The
following
results
are based on 600 completed telephone
interviews among a statewide random sample of registered voters in New
Hampshire. Of the 600 interviews, 180 were anmong registered Republicans, 156 among registered
Democrats, and 264 among undeclared (independent) voters. The interviews were conducted February
15 and 16, 2007. The
theoretical margin of error for
the total sample of 600 is
plus or minus 4 percentage points,
95% of the time, on questions
where opinion is evenly split.

Do you favor or oppose a law that prohibits
smoking in restaurants, cocktail lounges, and certain enclosed public places in New Hampshire?
